Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your BOULO piece. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will refund/exchange/adjust your item.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene concerns it is highly important that the items are unworn. We are unable to refund worn items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final and archive sale items are not eligible for return.

To start a return:

  • Please visit https://account.bouloworld.com and type in your order details. Please state your reason for return and submit your request. If you need to send photos please send to info@bouloworld.com with your order details.
  • Once we receive your request we will accept or decline your request stating the reason for our decision. If you received an incorrect/defective item(s), please send photos to info@bouloworld.com after you submit your return request to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once your request is accepted you will receive a return label if you're in the UK. Customers outside UK are required to buy their own shipping labels. When we receive your returned item, we will investigate if the item is used, worn or damaged. If item(s) is in its original condition, you will be eligible for a refund minus return and restocking fee that is £3.1 (three pounds and ten pence) (for UK). Please keep in mind that final and archive sales are not eligible for return.

Buyers/customers are accountable for the costs of the return unless the goods are defective or incorrect. Buyers/customers outside UK are required to buy their own shipping labels.

Please note you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Items are returned at the buyer's own risk so we recommend that you use a safe and common delivery service to avoid loss or damage.
  • Items must be returned in their own original package and unused condition.
  • Shipping costs for customers outside UK are not refundable.
  • When posting your return, for the purchases made outside UK or Turkey, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a "return shipment to origin", to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by calling or sending an email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn items are not eligible for return and refund. Due to hygiene concerns, it is highly important that the items are unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a worn item for a return in any way. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Final and archive sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your purchase, please visit https://account.bouloworld.com and type in your order details. After submitting your reason, please fill in the 'note' section with your preference of exchange and submit.
